UV has his MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Texas A&M University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from theUniversity of texas at Austin.
UV started his career in the US Navy serving aboard the USS MT Vernon as a propulsion Engineer, and later on the USS Shasta as Electro Hydraulic
Winch specialist. After 6 years of service UV joined Domatex the family business in Houston Texas. Domatex specializes in steel fabrication of unique
trailers and containers.
In 2000, UV commenced his college educationat at UT Austin in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Fluid Mechanics, and Kinematics and Dynamics.
UV had held a position at the Fluid's Department Lab, and has developed under the supervision and heading of Dr. Schmidt some very unique apparatus for the
visualization of developing flow in a pipe, transient flow from laminar to turbulent, and pressure drop in a pipe. In addition, UV served as a Fluids
Lab instructor under the supervision of Dr. Bogard. In 2004 UV returned to Domatex as operations manager. In 2005, UV introduced Solidworks as a design and
engineering tool to the everyday fabrication process. Cosmos was used extensively in the design of unique heavy Duty trailers that haul up to 120,000 LBS of load.
UV specializes in force analysis and failure predictions.
